SYDNEY FESTIVAL POP-UP TICKET BOOTH CAMPAIGN

Summertime in Sydney is synonymous with Sydney Festival.

Across its 40+ year history, the festival has curated arts and music acts from all over the world and showcased them to the city and its people. Each January, the city is transformed to celebrate an array of cultures through cutting-edge performance.

In January 2018, UNCOMMON were tasked with developing a bespoke outdoor installation concept centred around procurement of a vehicle suitable for use as a ticket booth for the festival’s popular “Tix For Next To Nix” program, which offers discounted tickets for that day’s shows.

Our team successfully managed the planning, logistics and delivery of a professionally wrapped vehicle which was kitted out with lighting, electric and internet outlets to facilitate fully functional operations capacity. As a result, Sydney Festival were able to achieve over 1,200 ticket sales via our pop-up booth throughout the festival season before careful removal from site and unwrapping to return the vehicle to its original condition.
